Dr. Heather Ayers

Dr. Heather holds a doctorate in nursing practice specializing in pediatric and adolescent preventative health care and mental health. She has extensive experience counseling children and adolescents within the holistic approach of preventative healthcare and nursing practice.  

Dr. Heather provides specialization in working with children and families affected by trauma, addiction, and loss.  Her passion lies in creating a healthy, peaceful, and loving environment for children and their families and supporting parents along the challenging child-rearing journey.  

Dr. Heather does not prescribe medications; however, she may recommend nutritional supplements and lifestyle modifications that may benefit and promote a healthier lifestyle and body.

Dr. Heather's approach will consider all components of wellness, including physical, behavioral/mental, and spiritual.  All components must be incorporated to create a holistically healthy life to live a full and fruitful life.

Dr. Heather currently holds a doctorate, master’s, and associate's degree in nursing.  Her previous experience includes primary care pediatrics, behavioral health pediatrics, and adolescent medicine.  She is currently pursuing a master's degree in biblical counseling and is seeking certification to enhance her coaching and counseling experience.
